Edelweiss

New Cold-Hardy White, Edelweiss, Being Released Feb 4th

Edelweiss, 2011– This cold-hardy hybrid was developed by Elmer Swenson and The University of Minnesota in 1980. A cross between Minnesota 78 and Ontario, Edelweiss produces a mild, fruity labrusca flavored wine. This wine was done in a off-dry style with 1% residual sugar. Complimentary wine tastings will be offered from 12-7pm, live music from 3-6pm.
