February's Wine Maker's Wednesday

Getting prepared for Winemaker’s Wednesday in February! List of fun: Testing brix and pH on the juice anyone brings. Bench trials on different processes for Marquette. And maybe a surprise aging test on a popular 2010 white, oaked wine?  It all happens on February 8th from 6 pm until 7 pm!
