Penny is a watercolor painter who paints whatever catches her eye.  She is constantly pushing herself to use colors that can excite

Perfect Pairing Dinner
–Marquette Rosé Release

Seating Times: 4 pm, 5:30 pm, 7 pm
Beedle's in Centerville has designed a menu to pair with 2017 Marquette Rosé.

First course: A bed of mixed greens topped with a La Crescent Beurre Blanc Sauce with Blackened Salmon and a dollop of aioli. Mashed Baby Reds to accompany.

Second course: Tabouleh—a quinoa based mid-eastern salad with cucumber, mint, tomato, parsley and onion. Seasoned with olive oil, and essential oils of citrus and black pepper.

Final course: Made from scratch Belgium dark chocolate truffle with a fresh berry medley (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries & raspberries) topped with a 12-year aged vanilla balsamic vinegar.

Serving times: 4 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7 pm with a limit of 16 guests per time. 

Cost:  $30 per person, and beverage cost
is extra (suggested wine pairing is our
2017 Marquette Rosé). Call the winery at 608-534-6456 to make your reservation. No refunds.

Marah is a solo acoustic artist who's new to the area. She comes from coastal Virginia, where she worked as a professional musician for over ten years. Playing everything from 80's feel good tunes, to modern indie there's something for everyone to enjoy. Kick back, enjoy the wine ($1 off glasses after 4 pm), and feel free to make requests!​

Tim Fast could be a character in one of the gems-of-a-song he writes and sings. He’s a dust-covered man who has traveled the roads in search of whatever song is over the next rise. That sense of adventure has given him a catalog of great original songs that have touched audiences from coast to coast and all the way from his native Minnesota down to the Texas Gulf Coast.

Rick and Aric Sampson, father and son duo. They have played together for the past ten years, mixing Aric's folk/alternative style and Rick's bluegrass/classic rock roots make for a wide range of genres, including originals.

Jen Zemke is a chemistry professor who has been moonlighting as a singer and song writer for the past 15 years. She enjoys playing everything from Janis to GaGa to Neko Case, all while throwing in her original songs here and there. Her energy is high and she likes to have a great time on stage!

Apothik Food Truck offers a unique dining experience, filling a niche for foodies, urban adventurers, festival goers, and locavores. Through its mobile concept and chef-centric menu, the ambitious entrepreneurs behind the Apothik Food Truck strive to connect diners with local businesses and farmers while creating an ever-changing array of sinfully delicious food. Like the turn-of-the-century apothecary that inspired its name, the Apothik Food Truck takes cues from the seasons and the land to create food that stimulates the taste buds and stirs the soul.

Inspired by many different musical genres, Deep Track seeks out classic songs that are recognizable to music fans while also digging up songs that are hidden gems, the deep tracks, that music fans have not heard in years. Lisa and Greg are always looking for great songs that need to be played.

Spike & April perform a varied mix of music for all occasions like parties, house concerts, Tiki bars, beach dances, night clubs, vineyards, brew pubs and restaurants. They cover jazz, americana, folk, blues, swing and Spike's original songs.Tasteful and soulful, Mike (Spike) Judy on guitar/vocals and April Pate on vocals/percussion.
